　　迈富时（02556）公布，公司于2025年5月15日收到公司董事长、首席执行官兼控股股东赵绪龙先生及朱水纳女士（为赵绪龙先生的配偶及公司控股股东）的承诺函。根据承诺函，基于对公司长期价值的信心和投资者利益的维护，赵绪龙先生及朱水纳女士自愿向公司承诺，其自2025年5月16日起12个月内，不会出售其截至本公告日期所持有的公司股份。
