Skillsoft (SKIL) said late Thursday it has named John Frederick as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Frederick, most recently chief transformation officer of the company, succeeds Rich Walker, who is stepping down to pursue other opportunities, the company said.
Walker will serve in an advisory capacity until July 4 to ensure a smooth transition, it added.
