路透5月16日 - 丰树产业信托MAPI.SI周五表示，已同意将旗下三处新加坡工业物业出售给布鲁克菲尔德资产管理公司BAM.TO，总价为5.353亿新元(，4.1282亿美元)。
截至 3 月 31 日，这些物业的独立估值为 5.215 亿新元，以 2.6% 的溢价出售给这家总部位于纽约的资产管理公司。
丰树表示，这一价格也比其最初的投资成本 4.384 亿新元增长了 22% 以上。
丰树补充说，这三处房产，即 "战略"、"协同 "和兀兰中央组团，在截至 3 月 31 日的财政年度中，合计约占公司总收入的 6.3%。
丰树表示，拟议的资产剥离预计将于 2025 年第三季度完成。
