智通财经APP讯，创梦天地(01119)发布公告，于2025年5月15日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，公司已同意委任配售代理，而配售代理已同意担任公司的代理，按尽力基准促使承配人按配售价每股股份0.72港元认购最多1.003亿股配售股份。
配售价较于配售协议日期在香港联交所所报的收市价每股0.840港元折让约14.29%。
配售事项的所得款项总额将约为7218万港元，其中估计所得款项净额约为7019万港元。公司拟将配售事项的所得款项净额悉数用于自研的动漫竞技射击游戏《卡拉彼丘》的全球多端版本的开发支出和全球发行的推广支出，包括但不限于研发人员薪酬、技术服务及市场推广等支出，以尽快推进《卡拉彼丘》多版本的全球上线，为公司营收和利润带来新的增长点。
