智通财经APP获悉，冠轈控股(01872)再涨超13%，月内股价已实现翻倍。截至发稿，涨8.71%，报4.12港元，成交额1433.88万港元。
消息面上，冠轈控股公布，与晶泰控股附属公司深圳晶泰订立晶泰谅解备忘录，以及与深圳黎姿瑞雅订立黎姿谅解备忘录。冠轈表示，通过取得目标知识产权，使集团得以在全球范围内开发、制造、使用、销售及进口目标商标品牌的生发产品。
该集团指，根据晶泰谅解备忘录，拟取得深圳晶泰持有化合物XTP-118等相关专有技术之知识产权在全球的独家许可，得以在全球开发、制造、使用、销售及进口有关产品。至于根据黎姿谅解备忘录，该集团拟取得及使用深圳黎姿瑞雅目前拥有或正在申请与“Groland”品牌相关商标，以及一项环肽化合物许可权。
