ADTRAN Holdings Inc. has announced a significant amendment to its existing credit agreement. On May 6, 2025, the company, along with its subsidiaries ADTRAN, Inc. and Adtran Networks SE, entered into a Fifth Amendment to its Credit Agreement with Wells Fargo Bank and other lenders. This amendment led to a permanent partial reduction in the total commitments from $374.0 million to $350.0 million and reduced the German Borrower Sublimit from $74.0 million to $50.0 million. Additionally, the German Commitment Reduction Threshold was lowered to $25.0 million. This amendment reflects ADTRAN's ongoing efforts to adjust its financial commitments and maintain financial stability.
