新浪科技讯 5月16日下午消息，新浪科技独家获悉，金山办公CEO章庆元今日通过公司内部“高管直播间”做内部讲话，宣布了金山办公未来5年的战略规划：金山办公将重建海外基地；于此同时，章元庆还透露了金山办公研发层面的目标——要打造一个高水平的“万人研发团队”，让金山办公成为行业里的“黄埔军校”。

　　当前，WPS Office的用户规模和营收已处于高位，未来或面临增速放缓的客观规律。据知情人士透露，“章庆元透露，接下来五年，金山办公将适当放宽对WPS Office的收入增长目标，转而把用户体验置于更优先的位置。”

　　“期待5年后，我们依然能保持持续进步和发展，每年快点或者慢点都没有关系。”章元庆表示。据悉，未来5年，金山办公将强化私有化、开放性和信创优势，同时也要完成从政策性销售到需求型销售的转型，将WPS 365打造成国内企业协作办公一线品牌。

　　此外，章元庆还提及了雷军对于金山办公的期待，“金山办公的战略目标是打造行业一流，具备万人规模研发团队的企业。”新浪科技了解到，作为金山办公名誉董事长，目前雷军对于公司产品研发相关领域保持关注。

　　据知情人士透露，今年，金山办公还将重点推动国际化筹备工作，将重建海外基地，依托中资企业出海的国际化需求，推动内部产品、研发流程、语言体系等维度的全面国际化升级。目前，金山办公将在2025年建立海外基地。（文猛）
