Contemporary Amperex Technology (SHE:300750, HKG:3750) is looking to price its Hong Kong listing at HK$263 each and increase the size of the listing, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing two sources with direct knowledge of the matter.

The world's largest battery manufacturer is expected to raise $4.6 billion from the offering, also the world's largest in 2025, the report said.

CATL is also seen to exercise its offer size adjustment option by 17.7 million shares, the report said.

Investors in the offering have been informed orders for CATL's Hong Kong shares made below HK$263 per share could miss out on allocations, the report said, citing the sources.
