Oncology Institute shares were 22% higher, at $2.89, after the company reported first-quarter revenue that was 10% higher than last year, and a narrower loss.

The medical services company said it had quarterly revenue of $104.4 million, compared with $94.7 million in the same quarter last year.

The company said it had a loss of $19.6 million, or 21 cents a share, compared with last year's loss of $19.9 million, or 22 cents a share.

Oncology Institute said the positive change in loss from operations from last year was offset primarily by non-cash charges related to interest expense and the fair value of derivative liabilities. It said it expects to see full-year profitability in 2026.

For fiscal 2025, the company is expecting revenue of $460 million to $480 million.

The company has cash and cash equivalents of $39.7 million as of March 31.
