China First Capital Group (HKG:1269) said the hearing of a new substitution application related to a winding-up petition has been adjourned by the Hong Kong High Court to June 11, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The automotive, education, and financial services company was slapped with the winding-up petition as it allegedly owes HK$10 million to a bondholder.
