近日，有IP属地为天津的网友发文反映，5月11日，去海底捞吃饭，中途到母婴室给宝宝喂奶。母婴室被安排在入口处第一间，里面一个婴儿床一张凳子，还有门帘，不过很短。她脱掉了短袖喂奶，她哺乳时长大概15分钟，其间被打扰三次。

　　5月14日，海底捞方面回复记者，已经在宝妈发帖的评论区道歉，记者在评论区找到了海底捞的回复：

　　该网友称，后续海底捞提出的解决方案是免单+500元餐卡补偿，她和丈夫没同意，最后“拉锯”到3000元，给了三张海底捞餐卡。5月14日，记者尝试联系这位宝妈，截至发稿前未获回复。
