顶级资产管理公司贝莱德周四宣布，其年度股东大会上 67% 的投票支持高管薪酬方案，这一比例相对较低。

　　代理投票顾问机构 “机构股东服务公司”（ISS）此前曾建议投资者反对包括首席执行官拉里・芬克在内的高管薪酬。芬克 2024 年薪酬为 3080 万美元。

　　ISS 指出，贝莱德在 2023 年未能充分回应投资者对薪酬的担忧，当时仅有 59% 的投票支持高管薪酬。
