为缓解美乐城商圈周边交通拥堵状况，依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等法律、法规的相关规定，自2025年5月21日起，对广泰街、柳青路部分路段进行交通组织优化，具体内容如下：

1、广泰街（人民路—柳青路）实施机动车单向行驶措施，方向由北向南，时间为7:00—20:00。该路段禁止机动车停车，禁止机动车上下客，对违法停车行为实施严格管理。

2、广泰街（柳青路—和平路）、柳青路（广泰街—东柳大街）禁止机动车停车，对违法停车行为实施严格管理。
