欧盟委员会周五表示，正在就微软(MSFT.US)为解决反垄断问题而提出的提议征求反馈意见。欧盟委员会在声明中表示：“根据拟议的承诺，微软将以优惠价格提供不包含Teams的套件版本;允许客户在现有合同框架内切换到不包含Teams的套件;提高Teams的竞争对手与其他微软产品的互操作性;并允许客户将其数据从Teams中移出，以方便使用竞争解决方案。我们诚邀有关人士就微软的拟议承诺提交意见。”
欧盟委员会补充说，微软的承诺将持续七年，但其互操作性和数据可移植性义务将持续十年。
本周早些时候有报道称，在微软提出最新的反垄断和解方案后，它可能会避免欧盟的巨额罚款。
2020年，Slack(现为赛富时旗下公司)向欧盟委员会投诉称，微软通过将Office和视频会议工具Teams捆绑在一起获得了不公平的优势，微软因此受到了抨击。
2023年7月，欧盟委员会对此事展开了正式的反垄断调查。近一年后，即2024年6月，欧盟委员会发出了一份反对声明，认为微软至少自2019年4月以来滥用了其在软件即服务生产力应用程序市场的主导地位。
