智通财经APP获悉，乐华娱乐(02306)盘中涨超20%，月内涨幅累超1.8倍。截至发稿，涨19.21%，报1.79港元，成交额777.58万港元。
消息面上，乐华娱乐公布，于2025年5月9日，该公司与普通合伙人订立有限合伙协议，据此，公司根据认购协议作为A类有限合伙人以资本承担额1亿港元(不包括认购费200万港元)认购星光新经济产业有限合伙基金中A类权益的申请已获该基金接纳。
进行认购事项的主要目的为丰富公司的投资组合，旨在提高其盈利能力。认购事项通过利用公司闲置资金，为公司提供于风险程度可接受的前提下增加回报的机会。
招商证券此前指出，乐华娱乐是中国少数能提供系统化及专业化艺人培训及运营的公司。该行指，国内艺人管理市场变现渠道多元化发展，第三方分析机构预计21-26年市场规模CAGR达12.8%。公司的基本盘艺人管理业务具备艺人及资源端双边效应行业地位稳固，新业务助力未来增长。
