路透布鲁塞尔5月14日 - 三位熟悉内情的人士周三表示，欧盟监管机构很可能接受微软MSFT.O对其Office和Teams产品的调整方案，从而令后者避免可能被处以的巨额反垄断罚款。
在SalesforceCRM.N旗下的Slack于2020年向欧盟执委会提出申诉，称微软将聊天和视频应用Teams与其Office产品捆绑在一起，从而获得了不公平的优势。这导致微软再次成为欧盟反垄断的目标。2023年，德国竞争对手alfaview也向欧盟执委会提交了类似的投诉。
随后，微软于2023年将Teams与Office解绑，不含Teams的Office售价要便宜2欧元（约合2.24美元），而Teams的单独售价为每月5欧元。今年2月，在竞争对手表示第一次调整力度不足后，微软扩大了价格差异。
消息人士表示，欧盟执委会可能会在未来几个月内征求微软竞争对手与客户的反馈意见，然后再做出最终决定。
他们说，微软提出的方案包括更好的互通性条款，以方便竞争。
