智通财经APP获悉，周三，在二手车零售商Carvana(CVNA.US)股价暴涨之时，公司首席执行官Ernest Garcia III提交文件申请出售价值1.92亿美元的股票，创下该公司2017年上市以来其个人最大减持规模。
根据盘后披露的144表格文件，Garcia计划通过去年12月制定的10b5-1交易计划出售63万股股票。这些由其控制的两家信托基金持有的股份，约占这位亿万富翁所持Carvana股份的2%。需注意的是，144表格仅披露计划出售意向，而非已完成交易。
根据彭博亿万富翁指数，Garcia的净资产为97亿美元，4号表格备案记录显示，他此前单笔减持从未超过210万美元。
周三Carvana股价飙升至305.52美元收盘，较该公司5月公布强劲销售和盈利数据以来累计上涨近18%。
另据披露，Garcia的父亲Ernie Garcia II周二通过13D/A文件宣布，已向花旗出售其持有的400万股Carvana股票(约占其持股9%)的看涨期权。该期权赋予花旗在2026年4月17日前以每股400美元(较周三收盘价溢价31%)行权的权利。
此类结构化看涨期权意味着，若股价维持在400美元以下，卖方Garcia将受益。作为交易条款，Garcia II还披露将900万份A类和B类股票追加质押为抵押品。
据彭博财富指数，Garcia II的净资产为203亿美元，去年曾减持逾14亿美元股票，当时公司股价正从2021年末的崩盘中复苏，其股价曾从361美元的历史高点暴跌至不足5美元。
