　　5月16日，一脉阳光发布公告，根据公司股东于2025年4月23日举行的公司年度股东会上批准的购回H股的一般授权，公司有意不时于公开市场购回公司H股，购回金额累计不超过1亿港元。根据购回授权，公司获准购回的H股最高数目为2493.78万股H股，占年度股东会日期已发行H股（不包括库存股份）总数的10%。股份购回将由公司的内部资源提供资金。
