ZhongAn Online P & C Insurance Co. Ltd. has announced the completion of the redemption of its U.S.$600,000,000 3.125% notes due in 2025. As per the terms and conditions of the notes, the company has redeemed all outstanding notes at their principal amount, along with accrued interest up to, but excluding, the redemption date of May 15, 2025. Following this redemption, there are no notes remaining in issue. The company has also filed for the withdrawal of the listing of these notes from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with the withdrawal expected to take effect by the close of business on May 23, 2025.
