【央行等四部门：推动北京、上海、粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心和成渝地区、武汉、西安等区域科技创新中心开展科技金融先行先试】金十数据5月15日讯，央行等四部门联合召开科技金融工作交流推进会。会议强调，完善支持科技创新的金融生态体系，推广“创新积分制”，建立健全科技金融统筹推进机制，深入推进科技要素市场化，提升融资对接、风险分担、信息共享等配套政策的有效性。金融机构要进一步提升服务能力，完善适应科技型企业特点的组织架构、人才队伍和风险管理体系，优化尽职免责、绩效考核等内部机制，完善金融产品体系，积极投资和承销科技创新债券，为科技型企业提供全链条、全生命周期的优质金融服务。推动北京、上海、粤港澳大湾区国际科技创新中心和成渝地区、武汉、西安等区域科技创新中心开展科技金融先行先试。
