德康农牧(02419)境内未上市股份“全流通”获备案
智通财经APP获悉，5月15日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于四川德康农牧食品集团股份有限公司境内未上市股份“全流通”备案通知书》。德康农牧(02419)6名股东拟将所持合计29,524,269股境内未上市股份转为境外上市股份，并在香港联合交易所上市流通。
招股书显示，德康农牧是中国领先且高速增长的畜禽养殖企业，专注于生猪及黄羽肉鸡的育种及养殖，拥有生猪、黄羽肉鸡育种、养殖以及饲料生产方面垂直一体化的产业链。根据弗若斯特沙利文报告，按生猪销量计，德康农牧在中国所有生猪供应商中排名第六，市场份额为0.8%。于2022年，按黄羽肉鸡销量计，该公司在中国所有黄羽肉鸡供应商中排名第三，市场份额为2.1%。
