智通财经APP讯，龙源电力(00916)发布公告，本公司已于2025年5月14日完成本公司2025年度第一期绿色中期票据(本中期票据)发行。本中期票据发行总额为人民币15亿元，期限为5年，单位面值为人民币100元，票面利率为1.89%;利息自2025年5月15日起开始计算。
本中期票据由中国农业银行股份有限公司作为主承销商以及中国工商银行股份有限公司、中国银行股份有限公司、兴业银行股份有限公司、江苏银行股份有限公司作为联席主承销商公开发售。本中期票据所募集资金拟用于置换本公司2022年度第一期绿色中期票据的自有资金支出。
