This facility will be located in the master-planned community of Waterset and is expected to open in 2027. It aims to serve patients recovering from debilitating illnesses and injuries such as strokes, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and complex orthopedic conditions. The hospital will offer a range of services including 24-hour nursing care and therapies designed to restore functional ability and quality of life. The facility will feature private patient rooms, a therapy gym equipped with advanced technologies, an activities of daily living suite, and an in-house dialysis suite. This expansion is part of Encompass Health's national network and ongoing growth in Florida, with a focus on providing high-quality, individualized inpatient rehabilitative care.
