格隆汇5月15日丨卫龙美味(09985.HK)公告，配售已于2025年5月12日完成，而认购则已于2025年5月15日完成。卖方所持有的合共8000万股股份已按每股14.72港元的配售价成功配售予不少于六名专业、机构或其他投资者。
就配售而言，由于认购的所有条件已获达成，故合共8000万股认购股份已于2025年5月15日按每股14.72港元的认购价发行予卖方。认购股份数目相等于卖方在配售中出售的股份。认购股份占经认购扩大后公司已发行股本的约3.29%。
配售及认购所得款项净额合共约为1,167.04百万港元。为增强公司的资金实力，提升公司市场竞争力及综合实力，促进公司长远健康可持续发展，本次配售及认购所得款项净额将全部用于以下用途：(a)约50%用于扩大和升级公司生产设施与供应链体系，以提高其产能；(b)约20%用于进一步拓展公司销售和经销网络；(c)约20%用于加强品牌建设，以提升公司品牌影响力及消费者认知度；(d)约10%用于其他一般企业用途。
