FirstService (FSV) said Thursday that its Century Fire Protection unit has acquired Utah-based fire safety firms TST Fire Protection and Alliance Fire & Safety.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
FirstService said both parties' current management teams will remain in place and retain minority ownership stakes.
TST is based in Salt Lake City while Alliance is headquartered in St. George, FirstService said.
