消息面上，中烟香港近期发布公告，宣布与后续订约方蒙昆公司签署了框架协议，继续推进其独家卷烟出口业务的采购交易。根据公告，框架协议的主要条款与之前与原订约方的协议相同，且不再设定年度上限，交易期限为无限期。华安证券认为，公司此次与蒙昆公司订立框架协议，能够进一步拓宽公司免税卷烟的供应，助力公司独家卷烟出口业务收入和盈利能力进一步增长。
信达证券指出，中烟香港表示未来将持续推动新型烟草创新发展，提高品牌国际知名度，加速技术创新及产品迭代。公司作为中烟指定的从事国际业务拓展平台及相关贸易业务的独家营运实体，肩负资本运作重责，未来有望加速优质标的收并购进程，长期成长动能充沛。
