　　据悉，乌克兰正考虑与币安（Binance）合作，创建国家战略性比特币储备。乌克兰议会财政、税务与海关政策委员会第一副主席、议员亚罗斯拉夫·热列兹尼亚克（Yaroslav Zhelezniak）证实，相关法案的起草工作正在进行中，目前法案文本仍在完善阶段。他表示，计划将在近期提交该法案。币安中东欧、中亚和非洲地区负责人基里尔·霍米亚科夫（Kirill Khomyakov）表示，币安支持乌克兰建立战略加密储备的愿景。（Incrypted）
