新浪科技讯 5月15日上午消息，从公司方面获悉，淘宝已在哈萨克斯坦上线俄语版本。现在，当地的消费者可以直接使用俄语浏览商品详情、查看价格，并以本地货币结算，无需再借助翻译软件“海淘”中国商品。
据介绍，中亚地区的电商市场近年来发展迅速，成为全球电商企业关注的新兴市场之一。哈萨克斯坦是中亚地区最大的经济体，越来越多的中国企业将其作为出海中亚的首站。
据悉，这是淘宝首次面向非英语国家推出多语言版本。使用更熟悉的语言购物，显著提升了海外用户的网购体验与消费意愿。淘宝内测数据显示，俄语版上线一周后，淘宝哈萨克斯坦站超70%的新用户首单均来自俄语用户，新用户订单转化率较此前增长了47%。
“过去淘宝在海外主要用户群体是华人、华侨和留学生。从去年开始，我们发现大量海外本地的消费者也爱上了‘反向海淘’，所以提升这部分用户的购物体验是今年的工作重点。”淘宝哈萨克斯坦分站负责人表示，“在哈萨克斯坦，中国商品广受欢迎，不少当地人都知道来自中国的‘万能的淘宝’，新增的俄语版本将更好地服务当地用户。”
除推出俄语版外，淘宝还在哈萨克斯坦首推“满99元包邮”及“本地退货”服务。在哈萨克斯坦的阿拉木图，一单中国产的羽绒服最快只需10天就可送达消费者手中，物流时效较半年前提升了40%以上。如果消费者对商品不满意，还可以到就近的自提点完成退货。（闫妍）
