智通财经APP讯，敏华控股(01999)发布截至2025年3月31日止年度末期业绩，总收益172.49亿港元，同比减少8.24%;股东应占溢利20.63亿港元，同比减少10.41%;每股基本盈利53.19港仙;拟派发末期股息每股12港仙。
公告称，股东应占溢利减少主要由于投资物业公允值亏损7124.4万港元(去年同期：250.9万港元)、商誉减值拨备1.04亿港元(去年同期：1226.8万港元)、物业、厂房及设备减值拨备9641.9万港元(去年同期：零)及无形资产减值拨备1279.5万港元(去年同期：零)。撇除该等因素的影响，2025财政年度的公司权益拥有人应占溢利为23.50亿港元，按年微升1.3%。
