【日本上市公司北日本纺纱拟开展比特币挖矿及发行自有代币等业务】金色财经报道，东京证券交易所上市公司北日本纺纱（Kitanihon Spinning）5月14日宣布，董事会已决议开展加密资产及RWA（实物资产）相关业务，计划在2025年6月30日的股东大会上审议新增业务事项。该公司计划开展比特币等加密资产的持有与披露、可再生能源挖矿设备建设运营等业务，目前正与国内外矿企洽谈合作。同时考虑发行自有代币，用于支付公司产品服务及塑料回收业务款项。在塑料回收领域，拟通过RWA技术实现供应链部分环节的可视化管理。此外，还将开发Web3钱包用于代币存储和跨境支付。 北日本纺纱表示，比特币现货ETF获批、日本修订资金结算法等监管进展是进军该领域的主因。新业务将由7月成立的加密资产管理部负责。
