智通财经APP获悉，复宏汉霖(02696)再涨超6%，截至发稿，涨6.46%，报40.35港元，成交额2730.43万港元。
消息面上，复宏汉霖4月底发布公告，授予Sandoz AG于许可区域及许可领域开发、生产及商业化其在研产品HLX13(即重组抗CTLA-4全人单克隆抗体注射液)的权利。Sandoz AG应就许可产品向复宏汉霖支付至多1.91亿美元，包括首付款3100万美元和开发里程碑付款。天风证券认为，凭借Sandoz良好的商业化能力及公司领先的全球临床进度，HLX13有望带动公司海外类似药整体销售峰值进一步扩展。
该行此前指出，考虑到后续公司创新管线及海外布局均有望迎来收获期：创新药板块差异化PD-1斯鲁利单抗在小细胞肺癌适应症拥有显著疗效优势、且潜力适应症后续商业化潜力值得期待；HLX22临床数据优异，有望成为1LHER+胃癌SOC；PD-L1ADC市场空间大、有潜在BIC潜力；生物类似药及创新药出海有望在2025年密集落地，看好公司发展。
