【小鹏汽车法务部：自媒体被判道歉赔偿小鹏汽车】金十数据5月15日讯，今日上午，小鹏汽车法务部官微称：“2024年11月小鹏P7+产品发布，自媒体账号发布小鹏P7+采用软包电池包的谣言并诋毁小鹏P7+商品声誉。广州互联网法院就该网络侵权案件作出判决，认定其侵害了小鹏汽车的名誉权，判决其向小鹏汽车书面赔礼道歉，并赔偿经济损失。”官方表示：“小鹏汽车坚决捍卫品牌和产品的声誉，将持续打击散布传播不实信息、蓄意造谣抹黑的行为。”
