智通财经APP获悉，中国碳中和(01372)近期遭资金爆炒，今日午后再涨超42%，月内累计涨幅已达300%。截至发稿，涨42.86%，报1.1港元，成交额4820.24万港元。
消息面上，中国碳中和近日公告，与高尔街控股有限公司签署战略合作伙伴框架协议，双方将共同发挥各自优势，开展股权合作、业务合作等。中国碳中和亦会考虑战略投资高尔街集团旗下证券型代币发行平台CSpro，共同探索绿色资产领域的创新金融工具的研发，推动包含碳资产在内的绿色资产代币化项目落地。
值得注意的是，根据香港联交所披露的文件，5月8日，耿志远增持中国碳中和1000万股普通股股份，每股均价0.35港元，价值约350万港元。增持后，耿志远最新持股数目为2,200万股股份，好仓比例由1.86%升至3.42%。
