九仓置业(01997.HK) 主席吴天海表示，五一黄金周期间，旗下尖沙咀零售物业销售表现较好，铜锣湾的表现则稍为令人失望，相信是由于游客消费习惯改变。至于旗下尖沙咀酒店的整体房间收入按年有双位数升幅，入住率与去年相若，房价有进步。他指，面对当前市道，续租租金会保持克制，租务会较灵活处理，希望出租率可维持高位，租金收入保持合理。
吴天海指，本港零售销售已连续跌近2年，今年未见止跌迹象，但对下半年表现不太悲观，认为本港持续有盛事活动，演唱会及体育项目陆续有来，启德体育园开幕后进一步带动人流；如果金融市场继续向好，楼市企稳，加上最近利率回落，港元转弱时将有助香港零售表现。(ss/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-05-15 12:25。)
