Classic Minerals (ASX:CLZ) Chief Executive Officer Dean Goodwin stepped down on April 7 due to personal reasons, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The board appointed Chair John Lester to oversee the executive function until a successor is determined, the filing stated.
The company said the delay in its disclosure was due to an "administrative oversight."
