周一国际原油价格收高，因中美两国同意削减关税缓解了全球两大石油消费国之间的贸易紧张局势。

　　纽约商品交易所6月交割的西得克萨斯中质原油（WTI）上涨93美分，涨幅为1.52%，收于每桶61.95美元。该商品价格上涨累计上涨4.7%。

　　美中两国上周末在瑞士达成协议，将现行高额关税下调115%。

　　美国财政贝森特在接受采访时称，这项降税措施将持续90天，期间全球两大经济体将继续展开谈判，“预计未来数周我们将再次会晤，推动达成更全面的协议。”

　　目前美国对华进口商品关税税率已降至30%，中国对美国商品关税降至10%。贝森特此前指出，原有税率实际上已构成贸易禁运。

　　本月早些时候，由于特朗普总统实施的全球关税政策加剧经济衰退风险并可能抑制需求，油价曾跌至四年低点。与此同时，石油输出国组织及其盟友（OPEC+）已同意在今明两个月快速增加市场供应。今年以来国际油价累计跌幅已超过12%。

　　低油价正给美国页岩油生产商带来压力——这些企业通常需要原油价格维持在65美元/桶以上才能实现新钻井盈利。

　　Diamondback能源公司高管上周向投资者表示，若油价未能反弹，美国原油产量可能见顶并开始下降。该公司总裁马修·凯斯·范特霍夫（Van‘t Hof）在财报电话会上指出，Diamondback需要油价维持在65-69美元区间并有上行至70美元的趋势才能实现增产。

　　范特霍夫称，与其合作的所有运营商都认为“当前油价水平难以为继”。
