Click (CLIK) said Thursday it struck a cooperation deal with Flash Mutual Technology to promote a 24-hour instant device service for senior citizens in Hong Kong.

Dick's Sporting Goods (DKS) agreed to acquire Foot Locker (FL) in a deal that implies an equity value of $2.4 billion and an enterprise value of $2.5 billion, the companies said.
Shares of Foot Locker soared 85% as trading volume surged to more than 68 million from a daily average of about 4.67 million.
Cisco Systems (CSCO) delivered a strong fiscal Q3 with order growth solid across the board, BofA Securities said in a note. BofA kept its buy rating with a $76 price objective.
Shares rose 6% as intraday trading volume advanced to more than 41.5 million from a daily average of some 23.1 million.
