智通财经APP获悉，杜甫酒业集团(00986)一度跌超13%，此前5月12日-13日，该股累涨近1.3倍，昨日股价一度涨超18%，但冲高后回落，最终收跌逾2%。截至发稿，跌10.79%，报0.124港元，成交额338.58万港元。
消息面上，5月8日，中国环保能源宣布正式更名为“杜甫酒业集团有限公司”，中英文股份简称将分别变更为“杜甫酒业集团”和“DUFU LIQUOR GP”，自2025年5月13日起生效。据悉，今年2月，公司公告称将为四川杜甫酒业集团有限公司（下称“杜甫酒业”）代理销售杜甫酒。公司指，董事会已识别白酒行业的业务机会，原因是与珠宝行业相比，白酒消费频次往往更高。值得注意的是，杜甫酒业早在2022年就曾启动赴港上市，此次合作引发外界对杜甫酒业欲借壳上市的猜想。
另据时代周报，针对杜甫酒业是否“借壳上市”成功这一问题，香颂资本执行董事沈萌指出，公司所有权没发生变动的情况下，该说法并不成立。香港交易所披露易网站显示，截至5月14日，杜甫酒业集团有限公司（非四川杜甫酒业集团有限公司）两名大股东郭莎和董倩，分别持股4700万股和4000万股，占已发行的有投票权股份比例为8.28%、7.04%。天眼查显示，杜甫酒业由11名股东持股，彭作权拥有其中45.57%股权，为公司实控人。
