TCL Electronics Holdings Ltd. announced the retirement of Dr. TSENG Shieng-chang Carter as an independent non-executive Director. Consequently, Dr. TSENG will also step down as the chairperson of the remuneration committee. The company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy and will appoint a new chairperson for the remuneration committee in due course.
