　　近日，有消息称，恒生银行多个部门自3月起陆续裁员，涉及后勤支援部门、策略及企业发展部、资讯科技部、企业传讯部、恒生指数公司等多个部门。裁员行动计划于6月底前完成，涉及部门裁员幅度约10%至20%，个别部门裁减约一半员工。

　　5月15日，北京商报从恒生银行获悉，该行近期进行业务调整，受影响的员工数目占银行核心业务员工总数约1%。同时，该行因应市场变化而创造新职位，为确保员工有公平的机会，所以进行了遴选程序，让所有受影响的员工有机会申请新职位。

　　恒生银行方面表示，为应对瞬息万变的市场环境和客户日益多元化的需求，该行不时检视业务组合及营运，并会应用金融科技以提升营运效率及服务质素。在过程中，会就业务架构作出适当调整和简化重叠职能，以更好地为客户提供优质的服务。

　　据了解，恒生银行成立于1933年，总部位于香港，是汇丰集团的核心成员之一，1972年在港交所上市，业务范围涵盖涵盖个人理财、商业银行、私人银行及跨境金融服务等。
