Sinco Pharmaceuticals Holdings Ltd. held its Annual General Meeting on 15 May 2025. During the meeting, several proposals were put forward and approved. These included the adoption of the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024, the re-election of directors, the re-appointment of the auditor and authorization of the board to fix its remuneration, and the granting of a general mandate to the directors to issue and repurchase shares. All proposals received the necessary approval from shareholders.
