智通财经APP讯，国华(00370)公布，公司英文名称由“China Best Group Holding Limited”改为“Hong Kong Robotics Group Holding Limited”，并于百慕达采纳中文名称“港仔机器人集团控股有限公司”为公司第二名称，取代其旧中文名称“国华集团控股有限公司*”(由公司采纳仅供识别之用，并非百慕达登记的名称)，该更改已生效。
公司正根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部的规定，向香港公司注册处办理更改公司名称的登记手续。于向香港公司注册处登记更改公司名称后，公司将向联交所申请新中英股票简称。于本公布日期，公司股份仍分别以英文股票简称“CHINA BEST”及中文股票简称“国华”在联交所买卖。公司的股份代号将仍为“370”。
