观点网讯：5月15日，高瓴资本再度减持百济神州美股股份。此次减持后，其持股比例降至4.89%，不再是持股5%以上股东。按5月9日最低价算，套现资金达36.8亿美元。

　　据悉，高瓴资本此前已多次减持百济神州，累计套现超110亿港元。此次减持规模为1600万股，从6.03%降至4.89%。减持后，高瓴资本计划认购恒瑞医药港股IPO。

　　5月15日，恒瑞医药启动H股全球公开发售，计划发行2.25亿股，发行价区间41.45港元至44.05港元。若全额行使相关权利，最高募资额可达130.8亿港元。
