IT之家 5 月 15 日消息，“穹眼财经”援引知情人士消息称，道朗格中国整个部门“毫无征兆”地被裁了，今日裁员约 200 人，而这一数字与道朗格中国员工的总数相近。

消息称道朗格中国裁员补偿为小 N+3：按在道朗格中国的工作年限为 3 年，赔偿为 3*（约）3.7 万 + 3 * 月基本工资。其中，3.7 万元是按照上海辞退赔偿标准上限而定。按规定，如被裁员工工资高于上海市上年度职工月平均工资三倍的，则按职工月平均工资三倍的数额支付经济补偿。2023 年度上海平均工资为 12307 元 / 月。

近期也有通用进口车业务解散的消息在网上流传，通用汽车方面今日曾回应称：“道朗格是通用汽车用于引进标志性产品的高端进口车平台。进口车销量在通用汽车在华总销量中的占比不到千分之一。由于经济形势显著变化，公司决定对道朗格进口业务进行重组，并相应地优化通用汽车在中国的运营。”

IT之家查询公开资料获悉，道朗格（The Durant Guild）是通用汽车旗下高端进口车与生活方式平台，以创始人威廉・杜兰特之名，道朗格甄选标志性美系进口车型引入中国市场，旗下进口车型包括太浩、育空、悍马纯电皮卡、悍马纯电 SUV、科尔维特、CELESTIQ。
