智通财经APP获悉，稀土概念股走高，截至发稿，中国稀土(00769)涨3.66%，报0.425港元；金力永磁(06680)涨2.5%，报14.78港元。
消息面上，近日，国家出口管制工作协调机制办公室组织不同部门，召开打击战略矿产走私出口专项行动会议，引发国际舆论关注。机构报告显示，受中国出口管制影响，美国军工企业稀土库存仅剩三个月储备，而全球超九成稀土加工产能仍牢牢掌握在中国手中。另据伦敦金属交易所数据显示，自4月中重稀土出口管制强化以来，氧化铽现货价格已突破200万元/吨，较年初上涨35%。
湘财证券指出，国际市场稀土价格受出口管制上涨带动行业短期估值回升，当前绝对估值及相对历史估值水平仍偏高，行业一季度整体盈利有所恢复，但稀土及磁材价格及盈利中枢的上升持续性及高度仍取决于供需矛盾缓解程度，高估值仍待进一步消化。招商证券此前表示，中国稀土实施出口管制后短期海外将面临抢单，造成海外稀土价格大涨。反观国内，稀土深加工企业迎来发展机遇。因加工后的部分稀土产品不在此次出口管制范围内，企业利润空间得以拓展，进而推动国内稀土价格上升。
