智通财经APP获悉，复宏汉霖(02696)再涨超7%，截至发稿，涨5.99%，报36.25港元，成交额1850.99万港元。
消息面上，复宏汉霖4月底发布公告，公司与Sandoz AG签订《合作与许可协议》，授予Sandoz AG于许可区域及许可领域开发、生产及商业化其在研产品HLX13(即重组抗CTLA-4全人单克隆抗体注射液)的权利。Sandoz AG应就许可产品向复宏汉霖支付至多1.91亿美元，包括首付款3100万美元和开发里程碑付款。根据公司公告，原研药伊匹木单抗2024年全球销售额为28.73亿美金。
天风证券指出，Sandoz是全球生物类似药领导者。根据Sandoz财报，2024年Sandoz生物类似药共实现收入28.53亿美金，同比增长29%，是全球范围内重要的生物类似药企业。复宏汉霖的HLX13于2025年2月进入Ⅲ期临床，是全球首个进入Ⅲ期的CTLA-4单抗类似药。我们认为凭借Sandoz良好的商业化能力及公司领先的全球临床进度，HLX13有望带动公司海外类似药整体销售峰值进一步扩展。
