新地(00016.HK) 旗下西沙SIERRA SEA已售出超过1,300伙，套现逾70亿，其中，项目1B期昨日次轮销售全数沽清，并录得26组大手客。新地副董事总经理雷霆宣布，项目加推4号价单共136伙。
新地代理执行董事陈汉麟表示，新一张价单涵盖14个一房、105个两房及17个三房。以价单计市值约8.7亿元，实用面积由302至807平方呎，折实售价由325.89万至1,093.78万元，折实呎价介乎9,951至13,554元，折实均呎11,888元。
他续指，是次单位轻微加价约1.5%，并不排除再加推甚至尽推余下单位，售价亦有上调空间，又会尽快公布新一轮销售安排，最快本周末再进行销售。
