智通财经APP讯，中国煤层气(08270)公布，于2025年4月1日，该集团全资子公司山西沁水顺泰能源发展有限公司(下称“顺泰公司”)进行每年正常的大范围检查及维修，在进行检查及维修工作的期间发现，顺泰公司的液化机器及设备耗损比较高，导至维修成本不合乎经济效益。经集团的技术部门建议及董事会商讨及仔细研究后，该集团决定把液化机器及设备技术改造及升级，截至2025年 5月18日顺泰公司液化煤层气生产停止，全面对液化机器及设备改造及升级。虽然暂停液化煤层气业务会对集团业务带来短期影响，但董事会相信技术改造及升级符合公司利益，亦不会对财务状况有重大影响。
