智通财经APP获悉，穆迪评级周一将房利美(FNMA.US)和房地美的(FMCC.US)长期优先无担保债务评级从Aaa下调至Aa1，此前该评级机构已于上周五将美国主权信用评级下调至第二高等级。同时，两家机构的评级展望也从负面调整为稳定。
周一早些时候，穆迪在下调美国主权评级后，同步下调了摩根大通(JPM.US)和富国银行(WFC.US)等五家美国大型银行的信用评级。
穆迪表示，对房利美、房地美及其他政府支持企业(GSEs)的评级调整，反映出“美国政府(Aa1稳定)支持政府支持企业的能力减弱，尽管美国政府信用仍维持较高评级，且本次下调的所有长期评级仍纳入了美国政府支持的提升因素”。
与房利美、房地美一同被下调评级的还包括联邦住房贷款银行、联邦农业信贷银行和解决融资公司。
穆迪称，政府支持企业的短期评级维持在Prime-1。
