Infinity Lithium (ASX:INF) said it is returning a funding of about 19.7 million euros, including interest, to the Spanish Government as it will be unable to utilize it within the allotted time, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company has determined that due to delays in permits, funding, and construction, its unit Tecnologia Extremena Del Lito will not be able to meet the time limit allotted to utilize the funds provided under Spain's PERTE VEC IIa program.
